How can I pay in the store?
You can pay securely in the store with credit card or Swish if you live in Sweden.

What is the delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is between 4 - 9 business days. Please note: Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Can I add/remove products from my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you.

Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. If you have any issues or concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Can I order from outside of Sweden?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note that delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location.

Each artwork in our collection features a woman with a Venetian mask, symbolizing transformation, in harmony with a powerful animal. We combine these elements to convey deeper meanings about strength, confidence, and spirituality.

2. What is a spirit animal, and why is it important?

A spirit animal represents qualities and strengths associated with the animal and reflects an inner power. At Wild Totem, we use these animals as symbols to help women connect with their own strengths and potential energy. Each animal in our artworks is carefully chosen to represent different aspects of feminine identity and power.

3. What does the Venetian mask symbolize?

The Venetian mask is a symbol of transformation, mystery, and the ability to hide and reveal different sides of oneself. In our artwork, the mask is used to express the multifaceted nature of the woman, where each mask provides space for strength, secrets, and the unknown.

4. What materials are used for your art prints?

We offer high-quality art prints carefully produced on premium paper 250g to provide a long-lasting and vibrant color reproduction. Each print is created with the utmost care to ensure that details and colors are faithfully recreated as they appear in the original artworks.

5. Can I order a custom totem with my own animal?

Currently, we do not offer custom spirit animals, but we are working on including more options in the future. Follow us on social media and keep an eye out for upcoming special editions or custom artworks that may align with your vision.

6. What do you do with a portion of the profits from your sales?

A portion of the profits from Wild Totem goes to charitable organizations that support Mind.se, mental health. We believe in giving back and supporting projects that protect both our planet and its inhabitants. 

7. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We work with reliable shipping partners and aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on location, but typically take 5-10 business days for international deliveries. You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

If you're not satisfied with your art print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We accept returns of unused and undamaged products, and we can assist with exchanges or refunds. Please read our return policy for more information.

9. How do I care for my art print?

To preserve your art in the best condition, we recommend hanging it in a place without direct sunlight and avoiding damp areas. For cleaning, use a dry, soft cloth to gently wipe away dust. We recommend framing the print for extra protection.
